Design That Doesn’t Just Look Good, It Works

You know, the best design, it just… disappears. It’s almost like magic. Mostly, it just kind of steers you in the right direction and makes things as plain and inviting as they should be, and it should make you happy! You know, you’re going down some app or website and you never really think about clicking and swiping because now you’re done. Our UI/UX people are always about merging what we know on how people think, and what the data tells us. We create interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing, they actually, work.

Here’s our secret sauce

  • We always start with research, because guessing is for people who like broken things. It feels like planning out the shortest route before setting out for a road trip.
  • We drown ourselves in sketches and prototypes like mad scientists then throw them in front of users to see what breaks. It’s sort of like constructing a model house before you lay the cement and make the foundation solid.
  • Result? Designs are so beautiful that you want to high five your screen, and (more importantly) actually help you do stuff.
  • Inclusivity and accessibility; they run into everything we do. We all feel that everyone should have a positive experience, regardless of how they access the product.

We are thinking about each minute detail whether the mobile app or the massive web platform. We create designs that not only look good but are practical. You just have to stumble upon the gray area of form meets function, but end result is actually helpful to the end user. There is a reason for every pixel. We get lost in the details, so you don’t have to.
Beautiful is good. Useful is better. We do both.
